It is with absolute confidence that we would recommend the services of Gary Gulati and the team at Waratah Estate Agents. Upon meeting with a couple of local agents prior to putting out property on the market we made the decision to list with Waratah Estate Agents. We were impressed with Gary’s knowledge of the local market, aggressive approach to marketing and his realistic view of what sale price we could achieve for our property. Even though we had two occasions where the contracts were rescinded from the purchasers side, Gary still remain focussed, committed and delivered a fantastic result in the end that exceeded all expectations. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish – with daily updates about the whole process. We were thrilled with the outcome and would recommend Gary Gulati to anyone selling their house.
